Questions
Does Kyro Zeta hold my funds?
No. Your tokens stay in your own wallet, and every transaction is signed by you.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Log in with a wallet, a Kyro Zeta wallet or an email, Google or passkey login. There is no password form or identity check.
Why did my swap fail?
Usually because the price moved beyond your slippage tolerance before the transaction was confirmed, so the swap was cancelled to protect you. You only pay the network fee for the failed attempt. Try again, or raise slippage slightly for volatile tokens.
Why is a token marked Unverified?
It isn't on Jupiter's verified token list. Many legitimate new tokens aren't listed, but so are most scams. Check the contract address against the project's official channels before trading.
Which chains does Kyro Zeta support?
Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base, Arbitrum, Robinhood Chain, Polygon, Optimism and Avalanche. Swaps, Discover, Pulse, Trending, token pages, Portfolio and bridging work on all of them. Perps run on Solana and predictions settle on Polygon.
Is my EVM address the same on every chain?
Yes. One EVM address works on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base, Arbitrum, Robinhood Chain, Polygon, Optimism and Avalanche. When you receive, still pick the network the sender uses: the address is shared, the balances are not.
Why did my EVM sale ask for two signatures?
The first time you sell a token on an EVM chain, the token needs an approval so the swap can move it. Kyro Zeta approves the exact amount only, and each transaction is simulated before you sign.
What happens if I lose access to this browser?
Your funds are safe in your wallet: perps positions on Jupiter and predictions on Polymarket belong to your own keys. You lose device-only data such as your watchlist, tracked wallets and contacts. On a new device, connect your wallet again; export your tracked wallets first if you want to keep them.
Do perps need a separate trading key?
No. Perps on Jupiter are signed by your Solana wallet like any other transaction, and each one is simulated before you sign. Kyro Zeta never holds a key that can trade for you.
Why don't I see my Polymarket positions?
Positions opened on polymarket.com are held in a separate Polymarket wallet and appear there. Kyro Zeta shows shares held by the address you connect.
When do I receive my Kyro Zeta Points?
Usually within 15 minutes of a fill. Only perps orders placed through Kyro Zeta count: each one carries Kyro Zeta's tag and is matched to Jupiter's fill on Solana.
